All frames come with a one year
manufacturer's warranty against defects. If your frame
needs to be replaced please mail to:

Enclose the frame with your name,
address, and a check or money order for $5.00 and we will
send you a new frame. Please enclose your lenses if you
would like us to transfer them to the new frame.
Premium lenses include Progressive lenses, Corning
SunSensors (changeable), and Polarized lenses that have a one year
scratch protection warranty.
Due to the specific requirements
of prescription eyewear there are no refunds on prescription
safety eyewear, or prescription computer eyewear. If you have any
questions regarding warranties or refunds please contact
us.

4. REFUNDS. Due to the specific
and individual nature of prescription eyewear (glasses) there
are no allowances for refunds on prescription lenses. The
eyeglass frame may be returned for a refund within the first 14
days of purchase due to defective workmanship or manufacturers
defects.
